A 70's style music video, where a typical american high school boy asks out a typical american high school girl and we follow their story as they get to know each other.
The performance would be on a vinyl, possibly spinning depending on how easily that can be done, and a lot of several different conventions of the 70's would be included to portray that era.
Concepts:
This music video would make this starting band look very individualistic seeing as though it is a 70's vibe song with a 70's vibe video being released in this modern day. It could be taken quite comically or as a tribute to the past. If Bohemian Rhapsody were to come out in this day and age, there would be many controversies about the video as it does not exceed the expeditions we have today. It shows unattractive sides of humans, it has a creepy element to it, and plays on the psychedelic feel that was very in at that time.
Feedback:They liked the idea of having a record player, and the band singing on it.
They liked the 70's vibe, however they were worried about the 70s look as it may look a bit tacky and not realistic.
Response:
I believe that if I was to go with this idea, I would go into enough detail through my research to make sure that the whole set resembles the 70's not only their clothes, along with make up and hair. I think that it would resemble a 70's era, and would look very genuine.
